4. General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data of our users basically only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users regularly takes place only with the consent of the user.

5. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Insofar as we obtain consent for processing operations involving personal data, Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.

For processing operations that are necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures.

Insofar as processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require processing of personal data, Article 6(1)(d) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override the first-mentioned interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.

6. Data Deletion and Storage Duration

The personal data of the data subject are deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by European or national legislators in EU regulations, laws or other regulations to which the controller is subject. Blocking or deletion of the data also takes place when a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned norms expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.

7. Provision of the Website and Creation of Log Files

Every time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer.

The following data is collected:

  • The IP address of the user
  • Date and time of access
  • Websites from which the user's system reaches our website
  • Websites accessed by the user's system via our website

The legal basis for temporary storage of data and log files is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

During registration, the following data is collected:

  • Email address
  • Name
  • Password

Within the scope of registration, the following data is also collected:

  • Date and time of registration
  • IP address

At the time of registration, the following data is also stored: No other data is stored during registration.

The legal basis for processing the data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in the event of consent by the user.

9. Contact Form and Email Contact

If you contact us, the data entered in the contact form as well as a copy of the respective email will be stored. This data is used exclusively for processing the conversation.

The legal basis for processing the data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in the event of consent by the user. The legal basis for processing data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If the email contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, an additional legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
