Terms of Service

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service apply exclusively to all present and future services provided by the service provider within the scope of its internet offerings. These terms shall apply in their current version.

2. Subject of Contract

The service provider offers an automated service for identifying and reporting Amazon reviews that violate Amazon's Community Guidelines. The service uses AI technology to analyze reviews and create removal requests.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The contract comes into existence through acceptance of the user's application. Acceptance occurs through provision of access to the service. The service provider is entitled to change or discontinue the offering or parts thereof.

4. Obligations of the User

The user undertakes to process only lawful content. Any use that violates applicable law is prohibited. The user must ensure that they have the necessary rights to the data to be processed.

5. Liability

The liability of the service provider is limited to intent and gross negligence. Claims for damages for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits are excluded. Liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

The service provider stores the data provided by the user only as long as necessary to provide the agreed service. At the user's request, the data will be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Final Provisions

German law applies excluding the UN Sales Convention. Place of jurisdiction is Munich. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. In place of invalid provisions, a regulation applies that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.

8. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be wholly or partially invalid or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the invalid provision, a new regulation applies that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
